Update as promised, no matter how half-hearted, an update is an update..... So i've been on a no carbs diet now since last thirsday, and to be honest it's weighin down on me. No pun intended haha.
Saturday cheat day is gonna be good though. Proper food. Pizza time.

Further more the t-shirt that is being sold, was actually designed by yours truly.
